Allie Marcotte’s Bio:

My name is Allie Marcotte and I have been involved in the game of ringette for 20 years. I have played at the Provincial, National and International level, and am currently competing on The Nepean Raven’s Open AA team. In addition to playing competitively, I have spent the last 6 years working directly with players to improve their performance in a game situation.

I began my coaching career in 2014. Since then, I have found a passion in skill development. From 2016-2021, I worked full-time as a Head Training Coach and Program manager at Next Generation HKY. Directly working with Ringette and Hockey players to improve stride technique and game applicable skills on the ice and on a BLADE skating treadmill.

Over the last 6 years I have grown my involvement with the sport through coaching by leading adult and player power skating, assisting with tryout process, assisting coaches with practice plans to target specific game formations for their team, and working 1 on 1 with players looking to fine tune specific game applicable skills. I have also been involved in many different ringette camps and summer programs.

I am excited to continue to provide a positive impact on players of all ages through skill development this summer!
